WHO ARE WE?

Our Team are professionals with very decades of industry experience in the start-up and life science sector.

•   Georg Casari, CEO

Georg has more than 20 years Biotechnology management experience in Germany and start-ups in Austria.

He has worked at VBC with intervals since 30 years. Prior to corporate work he was performing biological

research at EMBL, EBI and IMP.

•   Hans Berger, CFO

Hans has been managing finance and controlling in start-up and established companies for over 35 years.

He is active for biotechnology start-ups since 2012.

•   Irene Grass

Irene is tax advisor and advising companies in several business areas. She has been supporting companies

for regular business as well as to structure corporate transactions
